3iCorp Becomes Corporate Partner of USLAW

3iCorp.com, has become the official provider of translation, interpretation and non-emergency medical transportation to USLAW’s professional network.

As American demographics become more culturally diverse, today’s legal environment will see a continuing increase in the need for language services. As this happens, interactions with Limited English Proficient (LEPs) individuals can become increasingly risky. It will be necessary to ensure that everyone involved in a case can clearly and unambiguously understand what is being communicated. 3iCorp believes that acknowledging cultural and linguistic differences by providing services in familiar languages will not only help to make a professional’s job easier but will also help to facilitate a trust that might not have otherwise occurred between client and lawyer.

“We are excited to enter into this new opportunity as a proud partner of USLAW,” states Chief Business Officer, Brian Gannon. “The solutions that 3iCorp.com® offers will be of great assistance to this reputable network of established law professionals to help them accomplish their tasks more efficiently and confidently in an increasingly diverse environment.”

3iCorp.com is passionate about changing the perception of difficulties associated with language “barriers” by facilitating clear understanding and communication. The 3iCorp team believes that proactively engaging your audience in their native or preferred language will eliminate potential obstacles and turn a stressful circumstance into a business opportunity as you form closer relationships with customers, clients or business partners who are limited English speaking.

3iCorp.com Gives Back During the Holiday Season

With the Holiday season in full swing, the spirit of giving fills the halls of 3iCorp.com headquarters in San Marcos, CA. To contribute to the community we thrive in, employees worked together to sponsor a local family over the holiday season.

For the Garcia family of Escondido, having presents under the Christmas tree can be a difficult task as they struggle just to keep food on the table and provide warm clothes for their growing children. Their 5 year-old daughter and 11 year-old son have become accustomed to the lack of Holiday gifts. With a baby boy on the way, the family needed some extra help.

3iCorp.com employees stepped into action, collecting and purchasing items for the family members. It began with a beautiful tree donated by the Murphy family of Escondido; a tree which was later covered with festive decorations and lit up the Garcia’s living room. A Christmas feast graciously provided by Marie Callender’s of Escondido helped to kick-start our efforts as the aroma of ham and turkey later filled the family’s household on Christmas Day.

Blankets, clothes, shoes and toys (including a new bike and Nintendo DS) were collected for the family putting over 40 wrapped gifts under their tree. Dora, our Call Center Manager in charge of the initiative, reflected on the experience; “I could see the joy and happiness on their faces…the Garcia family was very thankful for everything that 3iCorp did.” Anna of our Customer Service Team added, “I represent 3iCorp, and I was creating a positive moment in someone’s life…it really touched my heart.”

To further their efforts, employees collected over 70 non-perishable food items to donate to military families in need. “Being a part of such a wonderful, giving experience has meant a lot to me this year,” says Maggie of our Accounting Team, “I believe that this has reminded us all that we have much to be grateful for.”

3iCorp.com Raises Over $1,500 for Breast Cancer Research

In the early hours of November 6, 2011, 3iCorp employees walked together to show their support in finding a cure for breast cancer. The Susan G. Komen Foundation’s Race for the Cure took place in Balboa Park, located near downtown San Diego. Participants walked the 5k to raise both money and awareness for breast cancer research.

For many 3iCorp team members, this cause hits close to home. One team member in particular, Maggie Ybarra, walked in support of her sister who recently finished chemotherapy treatment. In March of 2011, her sister, Connie, was diagnosed in the early stages of breast cancer. Luckily, the disease was caught early; the treatment was effective enough that Connie is now in remission.

“It was a very emotional moment to be a part of such a community-driven event,” says Maggie, “ Connie was full of energy and happy to see that 3iCorp was present at such a wonderful event. When she saw my friends from 3iCorp at the walk I could tell she was excited.”

Over $1,500 was donated on behalf of 3iCorp to help further the mission of the Susan G. Komen Foundation in hopes that one day we will live in a world without breast cancer. Connie stated, “I’m so blessed that this disease was caught on time. Thank you, 3iCorp, for your support!”

Viva La Cure!
